The body is landscape:
an open field of exploration,
a space where dance becomes meditation,
where art and energy meet in the same pulse.
Here, movement does not seek perfection,
but presence.
Form is not imposed, it is discovered.
Body Landscape is an invitation to inhabit yourself,
to feel like a living territory,
to look inward as one observes the sky,
and to recognize that, in the end,
you too are a map of internal paths.

About me
Paula
I consider myself a researcher of the body, movement, and healing.
I explore art, dance, yoga, and manual therapy as pathways of connection between human beings and nature.
At fourteen years old, a diagnosis of scoliosis led me to see the body not as a limitation, but as a living territory. Since then, my search has focused on accompanying processes of transformation, presence, and listening.
I have transitioned through Fine Arts, contemporary dance, and yoga, also training in Ayurvedic Massage and energy therapies. Each discipline reminds me that the body is a changing landscape, a source of wisdom and expression.
My work intertwines poetry, writing, and visual arts, such as painting, photography, and experimental video, along with dance, performance, and voice. I find inspiration in the relationship of human beings with nature, and in movement as a philosophy of life.

I believe in the spaces where art and expression become paths of healing; in the laboratories where the guide also learns, where accompanying is part of the same process of transformation.
Body Landscape is born from this journey: a space where movement, breath, energy, and artistic direction meet.
A studio that integrates yoga, dance, Ayurvedic massages, and stage creation as complementary paths toward inner connection.
